entire system. The display identifies any programmed location so the user can
determine where an alarm, trouble, or open-sensor condition exists. Location
names or zone/sensor text up to 40 characters are displayed without scrolling.
Zone/sensor names can be assigned from the preprogrammed word list or the
installer can create custom names to suit each customer’s individual needs.
Sensor names are stored in the panel, which eliminates the need for down-
loading sensor text from one touchpad to another.
Display backlighting and touchpad buttons light up after the first press for
easy night viewing. After approximately 15 seconds with no touchpad activ-
ity, this lighting automatically turns off.
